So I think Ive located the culprit of my suspension clunking. I took the wheels off my car the other day and happened to touch the sway bar and noticed that the bushings were so loose that it could move freely back and forth, up and down and side to side. Almost positive thats my suspension noise (Ive replaced EVERYTHING else in the suspension). Do they make a bushing kit for that? Like energy suspension or anything? And would it just be as simple as unbolting the bushings and replacing them?

Yep, you just unbolt the bar, slide the old ones off, slide new ones on, and replace.

Energy Suspension makes them and they can be purchased separately.

Sweet. Anyway besides measuring to tell what size they are? I looked them up they have 16,18 and 19mm bushings.

Look in the specs in the Wiki.

Or just call them and tell them you need the ones included in the master kit.

Got around to installing these tonight. Would have liked the red ones but black was okay. Before I could move the sway bar in any direction with just a light wiggle. After installing these, I was pulling as hard as I could and couldnt get the thing to even budge. I also noticed that I wasnt able to make it "clunk" against the body of the car like I could before, so hopefully that means the noise I hear whenever I hit a bump will be gone. Cant wait to drive it now and see if theres a difference in handling.

Do you have a part number for these bad boys nearby? I can get them at work but can't figure out which one's I need to order.

Awesome. Would you say they are worth the time to put them in, even if my factory ones are still good? Nothing is wrong with mine but I want to stiffen her up a bit.

Honestly, I think so. Even if your stock ones are in OK condition, these are made from a different material so it will last longer and in theory should help stiffen things up. It was a simple install and I felt it worth it. Just make sure you soak the bolts for the bushing brackets in PBblaster. The bolts look big enough that they wont break but they certainly went happy coming out. As soon as I had them in and bolted back up I couldnt actually move the sway bar so I think theyre worth it.

Did the bushings change the ride/handling at all?

Unfortunately I wont know until the snow melts in the spring. My car was broken into (again) so I had to put it in the garage. Its currently torn apart and wont be driveable until spring.
