what's a good way to get the adjustment knotch loose for the first time???

the driver's side one works just fine, but I can't get the passanger side loose, and I don't want to force it.

please help so I can stop bouncing....

it shouldnt be hard to turn, if it is it may be broken, in which case you should try to force it free and if it breaks send it back cause they are warranted for life

I tried and I think I'll break it if I put anymore into it. the other three are fine. It has a little bit of play to the left and right, and play up and down, and the other's don't. I'll call koni on monday and see how fast I can get another one. any other suggestions in the meantime??

hmm, thats definately not correct, if i were you id be glad it didnt work when you tried it, because if its acting weird like that i wouldnt trust it to hold together even if it did adjust. just bitch at them if they wont overnight you a new one.
