i did search on this and cant find what i'm looking for. I have bad right front wheel bearing and need to replace it, does anyone have full write up on how to replace this, thank you (pics would be nice)

Try looking in the Handling/Suspension section, I know I've done a writeup in there, or at least helped guide somebody.

(Tip) If you can, since the hub/bearing assembly needs to be replaced anyway, do step 5 with the wheel on and on the ground (all lug nuts on and tight) It helps to break it free a lot easier.

1. Jack up car with parking brake on, leave it in 1st gear or Park.
2. Remove Wheel.
3. Remove Caliper, Caliper Mounting Bracket, and Rotor... place rotor on a padded surface and hang the caliper from the upper control arm. (All 15 or 17mm bolts).
4. Remove the cotter pin from the nut/axle.
5. Take a 32mm socket, breaker bar, and a section of pipe and remove the axle nut.
6. Push axle back.
7. Remove the 4 bolts holding the hub in place, these are on the backside of the knuckle.
8. Take a cold chisle and a hammer, pound on the hub from the backside (you will see where you can do this on) until the hub comes out.

Assembly is the reverse as dissassembly, but don't torque the axle nut with the vehicle on the ground (I had somebody inside the car pressing the brake until it was torqued and the holes lined up).

Axle nut torque is 140-150ft-lbs

Everything else is 65 ft-lbs.

You know, I did a full write-up for a class years ago with pictures, but I don't know where it is.

Would it be ok with you if I take the pictures without actually taking stuff apart? The axle on the side I replaced the bearing is sort of messed up from the trans shop, and I don't want to risk the nut not going back on.

Well, I always have the passenger side to work with, that will show how to deal with a stuck axle shaft, rusted solid.

Dino, it may take a while since I'm working 12-14 hours a day, 6 days a week, but it will go up just since you requested it.
