I don't recall ever seeing one and did not find one by searching..

What will I need to rebuild them?

save yourself the headache, do a disc conversion.

J/K, I couldn't find a writup either, I just did one side at a time (so you have the other side for visual refrence) the chiltons manual has decent instructions on how to do them.

don't just get the shoes, get new springs and either new cylinders or a rebuild kit for the cylinders. there's a good chance that one of the old parts WILL let go and then you'll be doing it all over again :wallbash

I'm selling so I can't justify spending the money for a swap..
