Does any one know how much avenger rear springs will raise our cars? Also how much will it affect daily driving?

They wont raise it at all. There are those who believe the avenger springs are stiffer and those who believe they are the same. They will sit at the same height though.

oh, i was under the impression that they were stiffer. Does any one know if there are or aren't? Do they actually help prevent the "squating"?

Get adjustable shocks to prevent squatting.
No one here has a press to measure spring tension...hell can count the people who own a gauge to measure valve spring tension on one hand, you can count suspension springs out of the question. You will find a shit load of people that can measure spring tension with thier ass though.... :rolleyes
