30691, Apexi coilover problem

Ok, I don't want to sound like I'm defeating the purpose but this set-up is way to low for my body kit. Does anyone know of or have any ideas of a possible shock mount where I can gain 1.5" of height. This is the only area of the suspension where I figured gain what I need.

A) remove body kit
B) switch coilovers
C) larger profile tire/bigger rims
