Whats the ideeal wheel rim size for doing a GSX brake swapp on my 1997 GS. Look at my avatar pic thats my car,its has OE 16's.

I'm deciding to do this, I can get them from a salvage yard, but I'l have to buy new rotors, pads and SS lines.

GSX brakes will fit under stock 16" wheels without issue. You shouldn't even have to change the lines. I run my original, 10yr old base model brake lines to my GSX calipers (wrapped around Duralast rotors/pads) and it all fits nicely inside my ESi rims. I've had them behind the 10th Anniversary OZ wheels as well.

How about rear, read its abit of job for the rear.
So, the calipers front/rear wouldn't rumb against my factory 16's.

What a about the hubs wheel bearings Oem' alright too!

Whats the Oem specs, for GSX models rims, hub and rotor size. I think my stockers are 12inch rotors.

Do it right and buy the SS lines too.
No point in upgrading the brakes only to fed it with squishy rubber lines.

True, so true, SS lines will be added.

How about the inner bearings and hub, front and rear. They need replaced also. My car sat in a lady's garage, it kinda sounds like a metal on metal sound abit, like a train. Move over here comes the train
