thanks for all the help everyone, I was looking for a suspension problem for my bad steering and I overlooked the simpelest thing.

Tire pressure.

wore out the two fronts so I rotated the backs up front and checked pressure on them all, you'd have thought I was going drag racing how low they were. So I got them up to proper pressure and guess what? Car runs straight as an arrow now.

too bad I have a pair showing cords so now the car is unsafe to drive. x(
