29391, KYB - Now what? Posted by Slammed0, Jun-01-06 05:34 PM
Ok guys, I got my struts replaced with some KYB AGXs. I had my suspension looked over twice. Now aside from the tie rod link I need on the drivers side, which is getting replaced Saturday, I am not conviced that my car rides like it should. It still seems very rough to me and I swear the front suspension still knocks a bit. The 2 shops say everything looks normal. What else should I look at? Can springs go bad on a guy?
Thanks guys! BTW, Its a FWD.

Just because the shops say it looks normal does not mean it is. Spend some time going over the suspension yourself.

Ya I know. I do need to do that. I am ordering some better rotors for my car, so when they get here and I am changing them out, I will check out the rest of the car.
I have heard/read about the suspension bushings. But it just seems crazy that a few bushings could make a car ride so much different.
