6-7. Mine were kind of thin.
Some use 4-5.
Depending on your washer thickness, I'd start out and 4 or so.

It depends what washers you're talking about, I needed 2 of those thick Ingalls washers.

the wahers are pretty thick, maybe a little less than a 1/4" thick

Yeah, that's what I'd say the thickness of those ingalls washers were, like 3/16"

Yea I used 5 per bolt....put that adds up to about 1/2" or so

I have H&R springs big drop, and I used 4 washers per bolt. Its still off a bit, im thinking 6 or 7 washers should do it. I could only get a 8.8 bolt not the 10 thats recomended, so when I swap the bolts ill go more washers.
