ok i got the calipers and brakets, what i need to know is are the metal shim things that hold the pad in place the same as ours? i looked up the part at advance autoparts.com and they only list 1 set same witht he rubber plunger busshing things.....im tryin to get these things together for a member so he dont have to do it when he buys the caliper and brakets from me

i could never find those when i did the upgrade. the dealer here said that they came with new pads and were not a separate part number.
The Axxis pads I used did have a metal piece on the back of them so I just went with that. No squeals.

no no, not the shim that goes behind the pad the clip things that hold the pad inplace, also are the rubber bushing things the same? i dont see why we couldt use the same ones off our stockl calipers seeing that you use the same caliper bolt..correct? i bought my other ones as a whole "kit" so iono

ok well i called the dealor, we cross ref some part #s and the only thing that is useable for form the 2g are the rubber plunger bushing things.....fuck...go figure, anyhow, what other cars came with the 2 pot calipers from mitsu?

If you can't get them at a auto parts store (anti-rattle clip is the term), which I think I have before for my GSX brakes, then the dealer will definately have them.
