Well after doing some research via the search function here I have found out why my car sits so low actually and why it is rubbing. The KYB AGX shocks were never ment for the American Eclipse, they were designed for the japanese gallant and have 1" less travel than the stock struts. So a 1.5" drop is actually 2.5" which explains the problems I was having. After discovering this I am very dispappointd with KYB that they would release these struts for a vehicle it was not intended for.
