This is my list of handling mods, What do you think and did I for get something or do you think I mite need something?

-Tein stech springs
-DC sport strut bar
-AGX adjustable shocks
-Upgraded brake pads and lines
-Brembo drilled rotors
-Performance chamber kit
-New bushings
-Tanbe sustec front/rear sway bar

i would get the slotted rotors
my drilled ones cracked

look at the powerslot plus rotors

slotted and larger than stock

but uses same pads and calipers

what kind of pads and lines were you planning

i have the greenstuff pads and love them

Your ride will probably be on the rough side with agxs. I used them with prokits and the ride felt like ass. I would recommend tokicos or konis(my personal choice).
I think you'll be fine with the x-drilled rotors. I have had my brembos for quite some time now with no complaints. No warping or anything as of yet.

I would say to ditch the crossdrilled. Any hole in the rotor creates a stress concentration (if you want, I'll even run the numbers to figure out what it is). In general, you AVOID any stress concentration in cast pieces. Some people MAY use them and never have any issues with them, but the risk is pretty high, espicially with any harder driving. The only way to lower this is to cast the rotor with the holes already in the casting, even then, any sharp edges create a concentration. The part will finally fail in fatigue due to propagation of the crack that will form at that concentration, when it fails, the crack will expand at a rate of 1 mile/sec.

Honestly, I don't think the advantage on a street car (if ANY) is worth the risk of cross drilled rotors. I have Power Slot rotors with Hawk HPS pads, and that feels great to me. I also the same setup on all 4 wheels on an 02 Mini Cooper and that thing stops quicker than anything else I have driven.

I have personally never used AGX struts, but I have Tokico Illumina's with Tein S-Techs, and know that works.

Which bushings where you planning on? The Energy Suspension kit is all one piece, and even more of a pain to install, but if you buy the BLACK color bushings, they are also graphite infused, you will virtually NEVER have to Re-Grease them.

those are drilled? where are the holes?

Id go with the tein basic damper setup versus springs and shocks.
About the same price but the tein setup will ride better and be more adjustable.

Also look into raceconcepts rotors. they are dimple drilled and slotted. SS lines/speed bleeders.

instead of the dc stb, just pick up a set of front and rear stb's off of ebay since they only cost 20 bucks. i dont have experience with the agx shocks but ill tell you that illuminas are damn good. instead of your proposed brake setup, look into the gsx front brake upgrade. as far as the sway bars, i didnt even know that tanabe made any for our car since the only options ive ever seen were the suspension technique ones and the rmdsm ones.

Rotors-
Drilled are worthless, they will crack if your really using them. Slotted will last too much longer either. If you really want to stop faster get hawk HP Plus pads. No fade and you will stop in ALOT shorter distances.

Strut Bars-
Ebay $20 ones, just be sure to get the STRAIT one for the front, not with a bend else you will have a hell of a time getting yoru oil cap off.

Struts-
Really up to you, AGX=rough ride and a rough ride does not always mean better handling. I have tokico illum's, they are pretty good with pleanty of adjustablity, although if I was a hard core road racer I would prob not get them and get a set of true coil overs with full adjustabliity to damper/rebound and height. Its really up to you in the long run.

Camber kit-
Peformance? Never heard of it, just get the ingalls(sp) kit for the front and do the 20$ washer trick in the rear.

Sway Bars-
I have sus tech and they are pretty good, fitment of the front was top notch but the rear is a bit of a pain for stock exhaust. Most will say buy the RM sways but no one has them so...are they better? Never heard of tanabe ones your refering too. Best to find someone with them and compare to the other ones out there...

Bushings-
New are alway's better than old...you could go the route of the poly ones, but prepare to pull out your pocket book to get them installed.

Springs-
Pretty open here, tien not the greatest brand but they are cheap and if you don't plan on road racing your car (or auto x) I say go for them...if you plan on any sort of real racing look inot something that has been more proven, and at that point decide if you want some real coil overs that have full adjuabliitly as I mentioned above..

I don't auto x like RxR_Eclipse, however I am extremely happy with my setup for the twisty mountain roads that we have up here;

16 inch Alt rims
Dunlop SP 5000 225-50-16 (nice and wiiiide)

Now, I also have a roadster, a BMW Z3. I shit you not, I get less (actually damn near none) body roll in my eclipse than I do in my stock Z. There are a few roads and corners I have taken both around and enjoy the eclipses sharp corner handling more!

MMM BMW...I'm buying a M3...that is why the blue car is for sale. Tested a few Z3's and fell in love with the M3...you should try one out just for fun...hell of a driver.

I can say I am very satisfied with my prokits and agx adjustables. They are great for the around the town driving. Give you a further anaylsis on their performance after my girlfriend makes the 900 mile trip with my car. AGX is good stuff though.
