I'm having a hell of a time getting my rear rotor off and guess I need to thread into the removal holes. What's the bolt size? I searched a little and came up with "8mm". If this is correct I just need the thread pitch and I'll be set. Thanks.

usually 1.25 for any 8mm on our car. If that doesnt work 1.5

or 1.00.... but 1.25 seems to be the predominant thread pitch

I used a brass ball pien hammer... but i was replacing mine at the time, so....

Yeah, if they are being replaced, why be gentle? I'd just use a hammer and some PB Blaster.

EDIT: if they are being re-used, PB Blaster and a rubber mallot.

Its been a while but I think I used a left over bolt I had from somewhere in the engine bay, like on that holds the fender on under the hood...

8mm 1.25 did the trick, and unfortunately I had to put the stockers back on, so I couldn't tear em up.

side-note: ES bushings are a pain, but I like the feel so far. That's why I was pulling my 11 year old suspension apart...used the cheater pipe so much I broke my best ratchet just getting it apart.

Pay attention here fellas. The bolt that holds the brake line is the right size. Of course not the banjo bolts, but rather the one's on the center of the line.

heat it up with a torch lay down and hit the fuck out of it with a hand sledge. thats what i had to do, mine was on there so tight that i stripped the threads on the bolt trying to get it out.
