If I get the following item from summit.com
ENS-5-3119R = Energy Suspension Rear Control Arm Bushing Sets
IEC-35860 = Ingalls Engineering Adjustable Camber Kits
Do they come in pairs? for both rear wheels?
or I have to order two of each?

The bushings are sold PER AXLE. That particular ingalls kit is sold PER WHEEL, you may want to just go with the $25 ingalls kit (spacers), which is per axle, instead of those cam'd mounts.
