I have a slight poping noise that is coming from my passenger side front. It pops when I hit some bumps and turn the steeing wheel. What could the noise be?

Outer tie rod end, any one of your front suspension components...

is it a POP or a CLUNK, either way it could be several different things, like rickymeeses said it could be a tierod, it could also be a worn bushing, one of the several ball joints could be going, etc, etc. I would suggest jacking it up and looking around for anything loose.

Solid advice... ^^^ Look for any obvious signs of wear or damage. Security of connections odd angles of components... In other words if it don't look right it probably isn't...
