Sup guys.
I am very very sick of it.
My car is been making WOM WOM WOM sound .. VERY LOUD whenever it is going above 30MPH or more..
I know, it's the Hub, or etc etc.
I changed the front and rear hubs(brand new) I changed the tie rods and inner tie rods also since I found wears on them (both side)

And still the same ass loud WOM WOM sound.
So now I suspect it's the rear tires (the sound is from the rear)
And it's because, my Rear tires are TILTING outward TOO much.
it's crazy. I am also pissed not just the WOM WOM sound.
but coz it's tilted, it kills my tires SO QUICK. only 1 years.
My front alignment is fine. but my rear, it's not the TOE.

// \\ is the wheels, so if I am looking at my eclipse from the back to the front. the tires are like that. very noticable, and my tires are WEARING out excessively at the inner area compare to the outer area.
I try to play with the TOE, but that only make the tires face inward or outward. But I don't see anywhere of the rear wheel that controlls the TILT I am having problem with??

I didn't lower my car, the only thing I changed is a NGK stock replacement of the shock absorber, and changed the RIM to 17"

Can someone please give me some help on why my wheels are so TILTED!

Have you had it professionally aligned? Just "playing with the toe adjustment" probably isn't the best idea when avoiding tire wear. Although you are stock, you may still need a few washers under the control arm plates ($15 mod) due to wear, bent parts, or something like that. Sounds like you have been dealing with this for a while, so I say cough up the 50 bucks for an alignment, at least then you'll know exactly how far from spec you are. That should ease some of your frustration, and get you on track to lining them up right. Good luck with it.

What you have is called negative camber. Yes camber will wear your tires excessively fast and unevenly. And yes this will cause the excesive road noise you are experiencing. There are only a few reasons that you would experience this with out dropping your car. Most likely is the upper control arm bushings being completely shot and the camber being thrown way out of wack. To correct this here's my solution. Go to www.summitracing.com and search the following part numbers:

rear camber kit # IEC-35860
rear bushing kit # ENS-5-3119R

The rear bushing kit includes all bushings for upper and lower and you should replace them all at the same time and install your camber kit. Then take her to be aligned.

I also suggest getting the front camber kit which will make it much easier to align the whole car when you do decide to lower it some. Also at summit you can find:

front camber kit # IEC-35770

Though this isn't necessary, it does make it much easier to align your car since there is no camber adjustment on our cars from the factory.

The rear set up will run you under $100 from Summit then your labor to install and have your favorite local alignment shop straighten her up for you and you should be on your way.

I finally know the problem.
And it's VERY annoying to change ALL wheel hubs and still found out the problem is not solved.

For the rear chamber kit. if I got the bushing kit. do I still need the chamber kit? since I thought since the bushing is shot, so if I replace them, shouldn't the wheel be straight again?

Yes the bushings should fix it, but you want the camber kit to be able to make the adjustments incase the bushings don't correct the camber angle completely besides for $34 how can you go wrong on a part that will make your car more versetile down the road (ie "I want to lower my car now but that means tearing my suspension apart AGAIN to install a camber kit"). For the few extra bucks I'd get them just so that you don't have to take your suspension apart twice.
