Well if they towed it for no reason then they should have to pay. The only issue is that if it really was called in by the night guard then it is the complex's responsibility to fix it since it was towed under false pretenses. So you may want to check your lease and see what it says pretaining to this. But if they called to have your car towed for no reason then they should pay to fix it. I would first go raise hell with your leasing office and see why it was towed when thwe proper sticker is on the window. Also if the guard called it in under false preteses then you may have found your masked keyer also...
