SPC Performance is launching their "Pro Series" with a new line of high-performance forged upper control arms for 95 - 99 Eclipses, Galants, Talons and Avengers. Constructed of aerospace aluminum alloy these arms are torsionally stiffer than the OE control arm and are anodized for improved appearance and corrosion resistance. One point adjustment for both camber and caster, with the caster adjustment featuring a "positive lock" mechanism designed for high load acceleration and braking. With applications for racing, show and street tuners, these arms will be the aftermarket's choice when choosing a high end, light weight replacement arm to correct alignment angles and to save weight.
Front Adjustment range: Camber -.2.50 to +3.50 Caster -1.25 to +1.25 Installation time: .6 hr/side Required: 1 arm per wheel Applications Dodge: 1995 - 00 Avenger Eagle: 1995 - 98 Talon Mitsubishi: 1994 - 99 Eclipse, 1994 - 98 Galant

those are going to hit the body on a lowered car. The stockers hit the body once to put a ingalls kit in and those are much beefier around the ball joint. for 450.0 mine are fine..lol

what the fuck??!
of ALL the peices they could have made lightweight, they choose the upper control arms....:wtf
edit: the1bill was *supposedly* making lightweight chromoly suspension peices, but...well...he's full of shit.
id like to see all the suspension peices with a lightweight alternative, we'd shave a LOT of unsprung weight if we replaced all four sides with lightweight peices. every little bit counts.

I agree with you guys. I saw these on Ebay about a week ago and quickly dismissed any bit of consideration. My thoughts exactly: 1. "Cool, something new" 2. "$450!, yeah right" 3. "those things are probably heavier than our upper control arms???" If they are going to make anything, they should make some billet 6061 lower control arms(if weight were the issue)-but if someone makes it, some moron will buy it.
