to get better handling, I have strut bars, adj shock, lowering springs. What else can i do so my car will handle better??

I have suspension tech front and rear sway bars and wow what a huge chnage from stock. I believe I paid 250+ for the set. O if you have aftermarket exhaust that runs over the axel, the bar will most likely hit it. I think the RSDSM(i think that is the name) bar fits a bit better.
Tires would be the next item on the list. Go for something with treadwear lower than 160 and you will stick to the road like someone put superglue to your tires. I believe the flaken azenis is a good choice.

You could also add 15-20mm wheel spacers with the stickier tires. It sets the track of the car wider which is better for stability.
