2455, Do I need to get re-aligned when I put new struts/shocks in?
Posted by mikee97gs, May-21-01 02:31 PM
My car will be lowered at the time, but I already have the springs and want to get them on and aligned before a car show this wknd. Later on I will be putting on new struts and just wanted to know if i would have to get re-aligned.
Anyone know?
Thanks

Actually, you "may" need to get it realigned after the new struts if they are a different length than stock (depending on where the perch is situated). But its probably not a big deal to worry about, since the change shouldn't be more than 0.25 to 0.5 inches.
