Hey guys well i was trying to tackle this suspension setup...I just snapped a bolt. It's circled in the pic. THe thing is a broke it from the front side of the bolt that has the nut on it. I snapped the nut right off...So you would think the bolt should slide out the other end...NOPE

I can't get this fucken thing out...I'm fucked now I need a new bolt no biggie but how do I get this one out...

You are probably going to have to bring it somewhere and have them drill it out. After that you might need a new fork too. Cheap parts, no biggie.

I just did the EXACT same thing,
What I did was get in there with a sawsall and cut the bolt off on the inside of the fork right up agains the bushing and then was able to pop the fork out of the way and then I just drilled the bushing rubber out with a drill and replaced the bushings with energy susp pieces (I highly recommend it) also replace your tie rod ends while your at it.

what happens is the bolt is siezed to the metal insert on the bushing

hehe....thatt happened on both sides of my car. I jus kinda cut em with a grinder and used an extractor, or three, to get em out. As well, i did the whole energy suspension bushing thing :thumbsup

try a grapple stlye puller to force it out like the ones for pully and harmonic balancers the torque screw will push it out heat and pressure and some lube your choice but nutz-off is real good with heat even if you only gots propane, or a steering wheel puller drill to plate stocks you know like 1x4x1/4 put them behind the fork and bolt up let the center screw if its flat push against it add a little heat while you add pressure on the bolt,if its not a flat stlye countersink the bolt for the point and torque away addin nuts-off and a little more heat.finess is the way to go an easy out on that bolt will not help and spending all that time and mad bits cuz its a hardened bolt will just piss you off cuz you can't just grab a 3/8 bit and drill away for it will only go in about an 1/8 inch till it starts burning your bit, you got to start small and work up try my method if you got the pullers

happen to me on both sides all the has to be done is put wrench one it and keep on twistin go one way then the other and dont be afraid to us wd-40 once u get it to twist it just bangs out with a hammer and the bolt can be bought at the dealer for about $3
