When I break, it is starting to sqeek when I am close to stopping. It's fine when I am going fast but there is a definite noise when I am slowing down to a stop (at around 10 mph is when the noise starts).

its probably just brake dust. i have the same problem once in a while.

I have the same thing happened to me.....
But, sometimes, when I bring it to a brake check, the noise will disappear for a while
Maybe it is the brake dust as you mentioned...
so, how can we clean the brake dust?
can we simply spray water onto the wheel.... sth like that?

Take the caliper off (It's very easy to do) and clean everything out with some brake clean. Then when reassembling everything (assuming the sequaking isn't being caused by the wear indicators on worn pads, naturally) use that lubricating goo they sell in auto stores for brakes and put them on the back of the pads, inside and along the clips that the pads sit in on the caliper bracket, and along the bolts/pins that attach the caliper to the caliper bracket (those need to be lubed).

That should eliminate the majority of any squeaking. If the pads are fine, everything is cleaned and lubed up and it still squeaks then you know it is working fine and it might be just the type of pads you have are a bit noisy.
