i've heard that some of the eclipses have a recall on the lower ball joints does that apply to the talons as well because i haven't received a letter in the mail. anyone ever heard of this???

Yes it is applied to all eclipse/talon vehicles....good luck just call the mitsu 1-800 line they will help you out if SATAN gives you a hard time.

I just had mine done. See my post in the pits about "Weird Satan Experience"

No hassle, no questions, just replaced them. And got it back in a timely maner, Serramonte Mitsubishi is alright...

yup, i had one of those eerie dealer experiences when i took mine in for this, no call ahead, just showed up and less than an hour i had new joints installed and not a penny spent. creepy when they don't try to screw you.
