Well... Im thinking about getting some slicks this racing season. But Im not too sure on the 79861430 sizes they have and what wheel I will need with it. Im not even sure what size I want/need. Im guessing a 14" or 15"? And what about tubes? Do I need those? But if any one knows a thing or two, about a thing or two, post it up. TIA!

do you have any type of big brake upgrade? if you do- make sure the rim size you get will clear it. A friend of mine bought rims/slicks for his car and didnt fit over his brakes...

I have the raceconcepts rotors, but i think those are stock size. Cant really remember. So I dont think that should affect it.

IMO, slicks are really not worth it, unless you have some type of LSD in the trans. True slicks need to be heated up to grip they way they were designed to, and without an LSD, you will be heating up only one tire(one wheel burnout), which will still make for crappy traction. I think its best to use a really good street tire, unless you get an LSD. Non heated slicks dont grip well at all, prob the same or worse than a normal good street tire..

no one can really tell u what u need u have to make measurements to see what will fit. Most good import shops and help u out this. How much of a drop do u have? also do u wants true slicks or ET's i would get ET's if i was u that way u can still drag with other street cars.I'm going to order me some from here http://www.4autostuff.net/wheels/weld_racing/dfs_draglite_14_15_inch.htm
