if i lower my car about 2 inches, can i get away with just doing the 15$ mod and then an alignment, or will i need camber kits to avoid bad camber....thanks.

Lowering 2inches will result in negative camber. The $15 camber mod is only for the rear, it corrects up to +1 degree. Look into Ingall's Extreme Camber kit it corrects +1.25 +3 degrees.

this is the only reason i havent lowered my dsm yet

you can get decent lowering springs for around 200
you can get decent adjustable struts anywhere between 300-600
but a camber kit for the front 2 tires cost around 250-300 (for both)

the rear is easy 15 bux... whoo hoo i can deal with that

personally, i want the stiffness and performance of lowering springs, but dsm's sit so high that to make it look decent it almost needs to lowered around 2"

i can't justify paying for the damned camber kits to lower it lol

i'd rather spend it on go fast parts like cams or a t.b. or something

but this would help my launch out a lot.... lol i dunno

/end rant
