Are used spring bad to put on your car. I have heard that shince the springs has already been compressed that the fitment might not e so good. What do yall think? Would they not fit snug and make noises or what? would it be a bad idea to put used lowering springs on my car?

there's nothing inheritently bad with used springs. some of the cheaper brands may sag after a while, so when you get them they'll already be sagging - however that would have happened eventually even if you bought them new. eibachs are a good brand to buy used. things won't squeak if you install them correctly

I agree with ez. It depends on the quality of the spring.

Yep, I got my struts and springs used. Still doing fine, thanks to sd_eclipse. Way cheaper too. :thumbsup

I agree with all. Just don't get them too old. I dont' care what model, I wouldn't buy them after 10k or so. And don't ever get coilovers from Ebay. I am a stupid stupid stupid stupid man.

:puke Ass-pounding from $100 coilovers

Some like Tein have a "sag free gaurantee" that if they sag more then like 5mm they will replace them.
