Hey guys
Im looking to get new brake pads and rotors. What is the best pads to get for street driving I heard axxis $50 plus s/h which also isnt so expensive or those kevlar pads green stuff , has anyone tried those? As far as rotors go I hear that cross drilled or no good so what about slotted? Does anyone have suggestions on what to get and a good price as well as where to go to purchase?
Thanks
JT

I just put on a pair of Brembo cross-drilled and slotted rotors and some Axxis metal master pads. They work great. Stopping distance has decreased and brake pedal response is faster. I don't know what bad things you have heard about crossed drilled rotors but I like them. I got the brembo rotors for $100 of Ebay for the two in front. I got the pads from ebay as well for $35. I think the rotors look bad ass behind a nice set of rims and painted calipers.

Ask for Wood and he'll hook you up with a set of slotted and dimpled rotors for $90

ASOG set up a group price with them a while ago and it's still good.
