I have H&R race springs, they are sumwhat bouncy and stiff. And those blitz skirts would hang lower than your bumpers, but iono up to you

If I were you I would just do it right and get coilovers. That is what I did and I am so happy I did, but if you want just springs, Ebiach makes some of the best.

Yes, you will want to get new struts because the stockers aren't ment to be lowered and will go out on you soon after you lower your car. The stockers on my Hyundai are almost gone and I wish I would have just done it all at once to save myself some hassle. But anyway, I suggest the Tokico Illumnias, but people say that the KYB AGX are just as good and are a smigin cheaper. I am very happy with the Illumnias.

Yes, you will want to get a camber adjustment kit anytime you lower a car. Also, you will probably need an alighnment, though I know of some people who had no problems at all. When I lowered my Hyundai it was only off by a little bit and the guy was really suprised since I did lower it 2" and it was really close.

As for the Blitz sides, like ^^^he^^^ said, they will hang lower, but you could get a front lip to even it out a bit. I don't know exact lengths on that, but I think someone on here has stock 97-99 bumpers with a lip and the blitz skirts. I know there are people with stock bumpers, a lip and aftermarket skirts, but I don't know what skirts they have.

my car rides BETTER on stock struts and suspension techniques than it did stock. even with the 18"s.
