I just received the coilovers that i ordred and when i opend them they where coilovers but the springs where not even close to the size of the spring springs i have on their now? are coilovers different then standard springs??? with the coilover springs they are tiny!! with my body kit i would litterally be sitting on the ground.....

can someone explain coilovers to me?

Coilover springs don't need to be as big or as long as regular springs because the coilover perches are adjustable. If you raise the perch up, the car goes up.

^^^^ Exactly. They are made small to be stiffer because the more you lower the car the more stiff you want it to be so it dosen't bottom out all the time. Make sure you get good shocks too cause then you will have less of a chance of bottoming out. Were still yet to and were sitting 2.75 down in the front and 2.25 in the rear.
