18807, One corner sagging??
Posted by BoostedGS, Jul-09-03 07:52 AM
My driver's side front sits lower than the passenger side. I would think this would be caused by my lowering springs, but when I swapped my Suspension Techniques springs with Eibach Pro Kits, that corner still sagged. Would a blown strut be causing this??

Nope, a blown strut won't affect ride height.

The front driver side always sits a little lower than the passenger side of the car. Mine was like that too, until I adjusted the coilovers to even it out. I think it has to do something with the way caster is set.

EDIT: Found this thread with more info on the subject: http://forums.2gnt.com/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=4&topic_id=43821&mode=full

This can't be normal, it's sagging about a full inch lower on that corner. See pic below. Any other ideas??

Cool avatar.

Hmm, yeah an inch is a little too much. Mine was off only about half an inch I think. I guess you could try removing the shocks and placing them side by side to see if the perches line up evenly. Or you could try swapping them and see if it leans to the other side. Hope that helps.
