im trying to take it off with a 14mm wrench and all it does is spin.So how do i get it off?I tried puting in a alenwrench where the bolt is on the sway bar link but it is stripped out.So how can i get it off?

vice grips if you can, or else goto mitsu or a dealer and they cost around 25-30 dollars. and then you have to grind off the old one, its a pain in the ass. so try vice grips, that worked for me (on one side)

I had to cut mine off with a compressor. Hopefully you can get it with vice grips like ^^^ said. Good luck.

are you changin out springs or struts? if i know what your talking about, that little sway link about 8 inches long or so if my memory serves me right. mine was seized also, i just said fuckit after striping the bolts really bad so i just unhooked the other end of the link... tada.. i hope we are on the same topic here.

my linjk is stripped also and i need to get the damn thing off i have a new one ready to put in but how the hell cani get the stripped one off

I had the same problem. It was rusted on there pretty good, and the shoulders were rounded off the bolt. I just cut it off with a dremel.

grind or cut, maybe a torch or plasma cutter if you can get it in there. i'd use a air tool to grind the thing off. then slip on your new one.

well, if you want to, should be able to leave it on if i can remember right, just have to take off the camber bolts at the top. they are right next to the bolts in the engine bay. there is 2 of them, and they are prolly 17 mm if i remember. once you get those off just start yanking at the suspention. hope this helps.
