I need some pics or a charts or something that shows all the parts and the order in how they go for the rear suspesion for a 99eclipse rs.Everything with the struts springs and all the other pieces with them.

with the rubber washer things they have groves in them so u can tell how they sit if they arent right then that is the clicking noise
should be the same as ur front

I think i should add a metal washer on top of the rubber bushing before i put the strut in that way it wont shoot up all the way.I have all the stock parts on how they should go with the prokits but they shoot up

do u have the cover over the bump stop. Then there is a rubber washer thing it should sit on top of that cover with the groove part facing up. That grove part will fit inside the opening of the top metal plate. Then there will be the top rubber piece and it sits so that the groove part is facing down with a flat part facing up. There should be a metal sleeve going through the two rubber pieces. Then on top of these there is a flat metal washer with a nut on that.

If u leave out the cover over the bump stop the strut rod will keep rising even after u tighten the nut

if u leave out the top or bottom rubber washer it will make a poping noise

i have all those parts except for the sleeve over the bumstop but that wouldnt keep the strut from shooting up anways.I just installed a metal washer ontop of the bumpstop and it works fine.

install the sleeve, dont half ass it, or it will fuck up ua suspension. i left the sleeve off and down the road, pop goes the strut through my plastic in the back. it helps keep dirt off the strut also, just stick it on.

i dont know where they are.Also what would a cover that slides over the bumpstop and keeps dust from the strut have anything to do with that?

it also keeps it from rising trust me i left it out and it kept rising and the click noise u have to have left out a rubber washer thats all i can think of
