hey whats crackin homies, i was thinkin about gettin a front strut bar since everyone is tellin me how it improves handling, but i started think and i dunno if its true, will it actually make a bug differnce in my everyday drive or is it mostly for show???

It made my steering tighter, so yes i think it works

lets take a ride in your car taking an off ramp that says 25mph and lets go 60 around it....then we will take it in my car...youll feel the difference. strut bars to help alot. i have had them on my car since i got it and took a ride in my lil bro's eclipse....id never get rid of mine.

people tell me that they havnt felt much differnce so i dunno, seems more to be made for looks, i mean i dont plan on drivin like a crazy mo fo, im thinkin about gettin a full blitz kit and i dont wanna crash it, ya na meen

you can't compare setups on different cars. suspensions could be worn at different levels as well as different tires making more traction in some scenarios.

in all honesty the after market strut bars that are made for our cars and just about every other car aren't legit. true strut tower bars will connect the struts to the firewall. volvo does this alot. most high end cars do. you can't just connect the struts together. youhave to anchor them to the chassis. if you want a real improvement buy a set and take it to a machine shop and have them weld it onto your firewall. that's about the only way to get a real increase out of this mod.

if you would like a better place to spend the money get struts or a good rear anti sway bar. sway bars will increase performance far more than upper strut bars. even if they're proper strut bars. specially on our cars that are pretty heavy and have feeble if any rear sway bars.
