I have Nankang N-1s. They are good tires, especially for like $65 a piece for the 17s. Great wear, pretty good in the rain, but if it snows much where you live then I wouldn't recommend it. They aren't just terrible, but not fun either. Hope that helps.

I've been getting my wheels and tires from Discount Tire Direct. If you call them directly they usually get you an even better price then what they have on their website. Just tell them you've seen them for cheaper.

Sumitomo tires are pretty cheap. They handle pretty good in dry conditions, but not too well in rain or snow. If you're just looking for something cheap and don't mind being more careful on wet roads, check them out.

if you want cheap tires look at kumho's. they're about the only tire that people are happy with that don't cost a bit. if you don't like those look at something from good year or firestone. firestone's are usually a bit pricey and i don't even know what they sell but quality wise they're on point with good year so i'd assume, as much as i hate making assumptions, that their prices are about the same.

just about every major retailer has price matching. just keep calling around and saying you found someone to beat the other's offer. sometimes you can get away with something.

i bought sumitomo htr+ 215/50/17's from sears for 70 a piece, they outperform my dunlop sport a2's in every category, rain they're amazing, dry they're perfect, snow i haven't done yet, they're damn good tires

they had some pretty nice wheels 17" for $400 total then nitto 550 or kumho ecsta supra 712s for $400 as well, so $800 all together. free shipping too. they have really nice cheap prices on tires or wheels
