I installed illuminas on the rear and when i tried to use a screwdriver to adjust the dial, it just kept spinning. So i dont know what setting it is actually on. how is it supposed to feel?

turns easily but not loosely. you could almost do it with your fingernail. it clicks to the settings.

what he said^^^ and also there should be a red cap you put onto of the strut a certain way to see what number your on...

i know you're supposed to line it up and everything, but i dont think anything is getting adjusted because it doesnt click and just spins freely.

I know what you mean about the turn switching soft click. Do you feel any differences from the hard to soft settings? If you don't then you might have some defective or busted shocks. Call Tokio up cause Illuminas have a lifetime warrantee.
