i got mine from NAPA for like 15. mad easy work. hope you do it yourself. shouldn't take more than 40mins total.

What is the part number for NAPA?
Is it the Master Ride Chassis Tie Rod End - Outer?

not exactly sure. just go in and ask them for tie rod ends for a FWD eclipse 95-99. i think avenger/sebring ones will work too.
