is the TEIN springs for the 2gnt....worth it for $175 shipped....and how do these ride......

Anything you are buying from them is worth the money....the springs are new so I dont know anyone who has them....thats why you should get them and give us your advice....if they would of come out any sooner i would of gotten them myself instead of my Eibach's

I have heard Tein products rust easily. I haven't heard anything about them on our cars though.

what's the drop and the spring rate?

They have a 1.5 drop but I do not know what the spring rate is

well if they have the drop of prokits like that, but the spring rate of sportlines, I will be all over this

Why would you want the spring rate of the Sportlines? The Pro-kits are stiffer. The sportlines are just low.

sportlines suck b/c they are both low and soft. They settle and make the car ridiculously low. I thought so anyways. Pro kits own. If the tein springs would have been available, I would have them. Tein is among the best in the industry. If their stuff rusts easy, I have never heard of it. Sounds like a good price too.

I want the sportline spring rate b/c bottomline I don't like to feel every single bump in the road. Sportlines seem like a bad combo to me - they are very low but at the same time have a spring rate close to the OEM's, so you scrape too much.

prokits are a perfect height, but too stiff for my tastes.

that's why I was considering getting the koni yellows, when I heard that they had an adjustable strut perch. That way I could lower the car 1", keep the stock springs - and have a low car with super comfort.

Here is a much better price that I found, 151 shipped. This says they lower 1.3 inches, just like the prokits. Someone should try them out.
