16487, Grinding noise- POST Recall

I'm having the classic ball joint recall symptoms except I've already had the recall done. This time it is slightly different because I only hear the metal-grinding noise above about 35 MPH when turning the wheel either way. I cannot hear it when I turn the wheel while stopped as was the case before I had the recall done. Do you guys have any idea what this could be? Also- since the noise started, I am also hearing/feeling a vibration/humming coming from the front wheels. Tires have only about 15k miles on them (Eagle RS-A) so I'm thinking maybe wheel bearings? Thanks for your help.

Sounds like either a wheel bearing or CV joint..If you can jack up each front wheel, then try this. When the tire is off the ground, grasp the tire and try and wiggle it side to side, and up and down, trying to see if there is any play in it. There shouldnt be any. If there is play, then try and see where its moving from(wheel bearing's). If there isnt any play anywhere, then suspect CV joints.
