I just installed mine today and wanted to know what setting you leave them on for daily driving. how often do you adjust them?

what circumstances do you use for settings 1,2,3,4,5?

thanks,
i got illuminas with eibach sportlines.
is that a good combo?

I had mine set at 3 up front and 5 in the back. It was stiff, but soaked up the bumps and didnt bounce. It handled really nice.

i do 2 up front and 4 in back, just changed it from 3 and 4, i wasnt getting enough oversteer. for long trips i do 1 all around, drag= 1 and 5, i need to try 2 and 5 then 3 and 5 see how they do. but i also need to fix my tire pressures thats messing every thing up.

I dunno offhand. My car is in the shop. I am pretty sure for a comfortable ride, I went F2 R3. This is with pro kits. I think the sportline has a softer spring rate, so you may wanna go for 3 and 3 or F3 R4. :thumbsup

I have mine set at 3 in the front and 5 in the back for just driving around. When I'm at the track, it's 1 up front and 5 in the back.

I have 5 all around, and drive it daily. When i put the struts on i set them to 5 and honestly ive never messed with the settings.(actually they were already set to 5) I like 5. I dont think its too stiff at all, but thats just my opinion. BUT, when i hit a pothole, ouch :-) Thats the only problem i have, other than that, bumps are fine, it feels really nice, but then again, ive gotten so used to it now that i dont remember what stock suspension feels like.

mine feels close to a stock suspension. A little stiffer. That's what I was going for. :thumbsup

u have to try it out for a while to tell the difference. It's not THAT obvious. You can tell after like a day of each setting.

I put mine on 3/3 for daily driving. I figure 3 means average. It felt just a little stiffer then stock, which was good.

You guys put the fronts to 1 when you drag? I put mine to 3/5 when I dragged. Any noticeable difference? I guess i should try 1's in the front.
