What do you guys use to lube your bushings? How often do you do it?

it comes with lube. you just bust a big wad of it on the bushings and any metal they will touch. its supposed to last for a long time. no need to relube.

My Ingall's didn't come with lube. Since I got fucked again on camber kits what can I use? What do the bushing kits come with?
