i'm thinking about clipping half a coil off each spring, but i'm wondering how high my ride height is going to be. has anyone done this? they are the 1.75" drop ones. am i going to rub really bad?

dont clip em... i use intrax, and they are already too low.... at least w/my 16s.... w/18s it will be anutha story ;-)
dont ever cut springs!!!!!!!!!

It was completely throw off the set spring rate and just give you a crappy ride.

Speaking of spring rates.....does anyone know where to find the spring rates for aftermarket springs?? I have Progress Techniques springs and I can't find the spring rate anywhere online!
