15026, Kinda thinking of going from H&R springs to coil overs....need yur opinion Posted by xEclipsE RaceRx, Jan-18-03 07:57 PM Well I kinda want to be lower, and I dont think there are any springs that go lower than the H&R Race Springs, so I want coilovers, I guess ground control, cuz those are pretty popular and I hear good things, but what are sum good/bad things? Good -any ride height I want -get my car into any shop( cuz I could just raise my car ) Bad -heard ride was crappy -everytime you adjust height, I heard you have to adjust yur camber/get and alinghment Is there anything else? Otherwise your going to end up throwing away a thousand dollars like I did last summer. Which is more important to you... handling or looks? If its handling, stay with the springs. If its looks, like you want your car on the ground for shows or whatever then change to coilovers. Your car is low enough, any lower and you have to start worrying about tearing off the oil pan and stuff like that. And your car looks great with those springs BTW.
