I might be purchasing some used goldline springs and of course they are "gold" or yellow. I would prefer to paint them black, although I know they aren't really seen anyway. What do you think? Would they flex too much for the paint to stay on?

yeah but the paint will flake off less you get a special paint of some kind that i don't know about.

maybe try some kinda paint with flex agent. That should work. Or get them powdercoated.

Hey, get that rubber coating that they dip tool handles into. I'll bet that works.
