besides tires 19's will recquire a heavy drop to make your car look normal. they're also hard on your suspension so if you do this plan your next mods to be koni yellows (no substitues since these have a life time warranty and will be easily replaced when, that's right when, they blow out) front and rear camber kits and some good quality springs. sleeve coils would not be good here if you plan on doing any real driving. if your just crusing then sleeve coils may be alright for you.
