You can do that yourself for less than a hundred bucks, all you need is a socket set and a 8mm wrench to bleed the brakes. You don't even need to bleed the brakes if you are just changing pads but it doesn't hurt anything. A lot of auto parts stores will turn rotors for pretty cheap. But if you can't do it yourself that is an OK price, around here they will replace your brakes for 99 bucks an axle (so 200 for the entire car)

New Rotors for our cars are $22 a piece at Autozone, you don't need to bleed your brakes, you can get brake pads for anywhere between $18 and $100, depending on how good you want. You only have brake drums on the rear, not the front, if you want them clean, take your wheel off and clean them yourself. There is no need to spend that much man.

You betta' do this yourself Bob. Shoot, if I could do it, than so can you. For the money you would pay, you could get crosseddrilled/slotted, plus metal pads, and you would come out knowing more about your car in the end too. and afterwards you would still have money left to take someone to the movies, yo

haha oh well the damage is done, they even threw in a free oil change. Believe me one thing i would not trust my self with is my brakes. I venture out and do some mechincal stuff my self but brakes is one thing i will leave to the pros haha. oh well 1 yr warrenty on the brakes

You might want to give a try next time....That is one of the easiest things to do next to an oil change IMO .... and I am far from a mechanic. Lots of local shops will turn rotors for like 5 a piece and putting the pads in is cake...

takes no expirence or knowledge really to do a break job if u gotta manual or go read the section on breaks at the napa soter or books tore and you'll see it takes me lik 25min to all 4 if u have an air wrench for the tires and rotors dont need turned...
