Anyone heard of these? Are they good?

Awe yes, the infamous dropzones.


But I have dropzones on my Talon. Got them for $99 off Ebay. They are pretty basic, pretty cheap. Spring doesnt bolt to collar so you might need to clamp it down. I have NO experiance with other springs so I cant compare. But I can say that the dropzones arent stiff at all, then compress WAY to much when the car is lowered off the jack. They compress so much that there is very little left for them to compress after that for bumps. Also, they dont come with instructions. Find a DIY online for other springs/coilovers and work with that, I had to.

If you want performance, dropzones are the biggest mistake you can make.

But if youre like me and you just want a drop, they are perfect. As long as you have good struts then the ride will be good, just not made for performacne.

I saw screw the dropzones...splurge and get the Tein coilovers...then you dont need to ask if there good or not...they already have that reputation of being the best

I agree, anyting is better than dropzones, but price wise? I thought dropzones were the cheapest, off ebay at least. If you can get others cheap then by all means do yourself a favor and get those. But if its price you strictly care about, dropzones baby!
