Ive got a question for ya. What settings do you guys put your struts to when driving daily? And is the ride comfortable at those settings? Tomorrow is going to be a big day for the RS, not only am I gonna get the Baer brakes, but Im also going to get illuminas, and a clutchmasters stage 4 clutch and all for 300 bux! But let me know what you guys set your at. TIA

with pro kit springs, 4 all around.. its ok for me.. i love how it handles there.

I have pro kits. I leave mine at 3 and 3. This feels pretty stiff when going over heavily patched roads, but smoother than most shit is stock when on new pavement or level roads with minor bumps. I don't think any car rides good on uneven pavement. It's really personal preference. You will find yourself toying with them for the 1st week or so. I went from 2-3 2-4, 3-4, and finally decided 2 seemed to be a little bouncy for fiberglass, so I went 3 b/c 3 is in the middle, and felt like a good balance, so why not? :) For our fine NC roads :rolleyes you are probably going to want atleast 3-3. If I remember, you are lower than I am.

Illuminas on 3 in the front and 4 or 5 in the rear. We've tried different settings, but like that the best. Any lower and it's too bouncy and feels "loose". Any stiffer in the front and you hurt your neck :)

I have mine set at 3 in the front and 4 to 5 on the rear. Gives it a nice ride and when you get into a race, the rear end doesn't squat.

I've got mine at 4's in the rear. just right for handling and I'm one of those few who like to take a beatin everyday :P

3 front & 3 back. btw don't forget to cut the bumpstops. eclipse 804 could tell ya how bad the ride was, because of the bumpstops :thumbsup.

This is a little off subject, but I saw the Baer brake system in your post, let me know how you like them. Is it the track system with 13" rotors and dual piston calipers? I just installed mine two days ago and I love them so far, they actually fill up the wheel, and I stop on a dime. Still seasoning, haven't put them thru their paces yet. Install was easy....easier than suspension especially.

well I got everything installed. We put the brakes on, and yeah its the track system w/ the optional cross drilled and slotted rotors, converted the rears to discs w/ slotted and cross drilled rotors, added a rear swaybar, installed nuespeed sport springs (instead of the progresses), and put the illuminas in. Right now Ive got them set at 4 up front and 5 in the rear and I like it, but on rough side roads its a little too damn stiff. The brakes are fucking awesome, there is no way to describe how well they work. Unfortunately I had to get new pads because the ones that were on there were toast, but even with the el cheapo autozone corvette ZR1 pads they are great. I stop harder than ever.
