okay, well awhile back im guessing about 8 or 9000 miles ago my brake pads wore down, and were grinding into the rotor n all that, well i had my rotors turned and all brake pads changed and now its doing the same thing again, the only wheel that i think has a problem is the passenger front cuz it puts of hella lots of brakedust, i dont know if this would all be caused by the caliper sticking or what? The first time I changed the pads I noticed again that it was the passenger front brake was putting off shitloads of brakedust and it still does.

So now I can't even drive my car cuz it seriously sounds like the pad or whatever is grinding into the rotor, all you can hear is this skidding deep schreeching sound.

I have been wanting to upgrade to the GSX brakes n rotors, so Im guessing now would be a good time, unless I can figure out this problem. I really need some help so any ideas or possible remedies would be great. Thanks.

Yep nows the time to upgrade to the GSX ones, but yeah you must have a caliper sticking, take the wheel off and check that sucker out, make sure your fluid level is correct, grease up those pins that the caliper slides on

anyone know how much a junkyard might run me for a set of gsx brakes with DPC's n rotors? and will they fit on the rears too? I heard hades sayin that theres an axel that goes through them or somethin like that. n e way, I still havent been able to fix my brakes, I cant even get the bolts on the calipers loose. So ima try to get access to my old mans friends garage where he has some air tools. Oh well. I could really use some help on ideas n shit :)

Check your caliper. You may need to rebuild it if you have new pads and rotors already on it.

Indeed sounds like a sticking caliper. You dont really need new ones either. Take out the 2 caliper pins that the caliper itslef rides on, the ones that the 2 bolts go through. If they are pitted, or rusty, take some WD-40 and some fine steel wool and clean them off. Then get some caliper greese and re-greese them. This will usually take care of the problem. Get brand new rotors and pads, and be sure to break them in properly (no real hard stops for a while).
