cost about 4-6 hours of time, and about a 50$ deposit at autozone for use of their spring compressor tool.....
www.vfaq.com search for the groundcontrol install
also, corbin has a good writeup, but im not sure where it is anymore... hopefully someone can post it up.. he has all the torque specs..
a shop, i dunno...... good luck

EXACTLY!!! Do it yourself and learn a little bit about your car. Trust me it's not that hard. All you really need besides the spring compressor is a breaker bar and you will also need open end wrenches for the sway bar links. Check out Corbin's walkthru here. That's all I used the first time I worked on mine and now it's something I could do in like 4 hours.

Me and a friend did mine in about 6 hours, only because we were making one stupid mistake after the other. Now that we have done it i would say we could do it again in 3 - 4 hours. The rear is a friggin snap, took us about half hour, thats only because we had to compress the springs. Good learning experience and a definate confidence booster, even though i screwed mine up :wary......hehe :thumbsup

If you don't want to do it yourself. It should take about 3 1/2 hrs and $200-$300.

$200 to $300 is RAPE.
$100 is what the local shop raping zone has always charged.
